PAPA Socials 2021
As we continue to expand PAPA’s mission, 2021 has had numerous socials in different parts of the country. So far we have had socials in SoCal, New York City, and Seattle. It’s been amazing meeting the community and we look forward to more socials ahead!

PAPA Membership Launch
On May 1, 2021, PAPA leadership conducted a webinar to provide updates on the current status of PAPA and the vision for the future. Topics included latest membership updates, mentorship program, Aviate scholarships, and insights from a few guest speakers. The day also marked the first implementation of membership dues.
NGPA Industry Expo 2020
Third time’s the charm. Thank you to our good friends at NGPA for hosting yet another successful Industry Expo in sunny PSP. We were able to meet lots of industry partners and promote our mission!
Aviation Inclusion Summit 2019
November 2019 brought us to Phoenix, AZ for an Aviation Inclusion Summit hosted by NGPA. The event was designed to bring awareness of diversity & inclusion issues across all aviation organizations. We were honored to take part in the event with other industry partners such as WAI, OBAP, and LPA as we collectively pursue equality in aviation.

PAPA had the honor of returning to Palm Springs once again to participate in its second NGPA Industry Expo. Thank you to everyone who came out to show their support for our cause!
Holiday Toy Drive 2018
The second year of the PAPA Holiday Toy Drive brought an even greater haul than our first, thanks to the generous support of our growing membership base. Santa will be needing a bigger sleigh next year!
OBAP Spring Career Fair 2018
The Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals (OBAP) invited us to participate in our second conference of the year, this time in fabulous Las Vegas. Once again, we are truly thankful and overwhelmed by the support from our fellow aviation representative groups in helping us connect to a wider audience of aviation professionals.
NGPA Industry Expo 2018
Thanks to the kindness and generosity of the folks at the National Gay Pilots Association (NGPA), PAPA was able to host a booth at their flagship 2018 Industry Expo in sunny Palm Springs. With over 1000 attendees, the event was our first of that scale and we are tremendously grateful for everyone who helped make it happen, as well as everyone who stopped by the booth to show their support for our cause.
Holiday Toy Drive 2017
In partnership with the Kaiser Permanente Anaheim Medical Center and Miller Children & Women's Hospital Long Beach, PAPA collected and delivered toys from generous donors in order to brighten up the holidays for over 100 children.
